Veracruz Properties has acquired two premises in the El Arcángel shopping center in Córdoba, expanding the commercial area it owns in the complex to 51.9%
The first establishment has been bought from the toy chain Toys R US Iberia, which has occupied it for more than twenty years and will remain as a tenant. And the second, has been acquired from a private owner.
The operation has been carried out through Real Estate Investments in Córdoba Real Estate, a company created for the occasion and 100% owned by the socimi headed by Salvador Fondeur, a businessman linked to the Dominican company Agilant.
Veracruz Properties was created in 2014 by Latin American investors and currently has assets worth 27.48 million euros in various regions of Spain, mainly in the Valencian Community. This is the case of the Plaza Mayor shopping centers in Gandía and Xátiva, two office buildings in Paterna and Valencia, and three centers for the elderly. In addition, it owns the Parla Natura retail park in Madrid; and his participation in El Arcángel, in Córdoba.
At the end of the first half of 2021, the company confirmed income from real estate investment income for a value of 4.1 million euros, according to data provided to BME Growth.
