Inmofam 99 has sold a commercial premises in Valencia for 8.5 million euros, as reported by the Socimi of the Hinojosa family, founders of Grupo Cortefiel (now Tendam), to BME Growth.
The premises, which are located at number 4 Don Juan de Austria Street in the city of Valencia, were rented until January 31st. The rent from this asset represented 16% of the company's income in 2021.
Born at the end of the 20th century, Inmofam 99 is a Socimi specialized in the ownership, purchase and management of real estate owned by it. The company owns a portfolio of nearly a dozen stores located in the main shopping streets of Spanish provincial capitals.
