Tander Inversiones has closed the purchase of a commercial property located in Madrid's Goya 15, on the corner of Serrano street, for 38,5 million euros, as reported by the socimi to BME Growth. The transaction was brokered by Smart Invest Real Estate Advisors.
This transaction was already announced in June, but has now been ratified by the Shareholders' Meeting.
The acquisition of the asset has been financed through an intra-group loan of 7.4 million euros granted by its majority shareholder and group companies, and another loan from Banco Santander, which has granted the company the remaining amount (24,1 million euros). The capital loaned by the financial institution matures in seven years, at an annual interest rate of 1,60%.
The investment strategy of Tander Inversiones, owned by the Canadian fund Premiere Alliance, is to increase the number of commercial real estate assets located on high street axes in the main cities of Spain.
