Slate AM lands in Portugal with a €150M grocery portfolio acquisition

Slate announced the acquisition a portfolio of 12 grocery real estate properties in Portugal from LCN Capital Partners, all entirely let to Portugal's largest grocery retailer and under long-term lease agreements.
