SEPES, the public land business entity linked to the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda (MITMA), has completed the award of seven commercial premises and 34 parking spaces in its Loma Colmenar project in Ceuta. This award follows the closure of a public tender launched at the end of July, where SEPES offered 20 commercial premises and their associated parking spaces at significantly reduced prices, 60% less than those set in 2020.
The beneficiaries of this award include local SMEs and entrepreneurs, thus contributing to the economic growth of this area adjacent to the University Hospital of the Autonomous City. In addition, SEPES continues to offer a further 13 premises for sale by direct award on plots B2 and B4 of the project, maintaining the conditions of the tender. This implies prices starting at 40,000 euros, which represents a reduction of 51% to 61% compared to the previous rates. At the same time, up to 44 parking spaces are being marketed next to the premises.
SEPES' Loma Colmenar project is one of its main residential developments in recent years. Through various collaboration agreements, the project has provided Ceuta with 460,000 square metres of urbanised land for residential, industrial, commercial and service use, including 487 subsidised housing units developed by SEPES.
In addition, this initiative has facilitated the implementation of different general facilities in the city, significantly improving the urban quality of the area and the living conditions of the residents. To date, SEPES has invested more than 110 million euros in this development.
