At the end of August, Sareb disposed of a 3,500 square metre mixed-use building located at number 13 Calle Juventud in the Aljarafe Industrial and Services Park in Mairena del Aljarafe, Seville, for approximately 1 million euros.
The property, owned by Sareb, is located on the side of the park and is visible from practically the entire park. The multi-purpose building consists of three floors plus below ground level and is distributed into two commercial premises, two floors for offices, 68 parking spaces and a warehouse.
The operation has been managed and advised by Gardenia Gestión de Activos.
