A Portuguese real estate investment fund has completed the purchase of Freixial Shopping, in Cantanhede, from Bolsa Predial de Cantanhede. The value is not known.
Located on national road 243, which connects Coimbra to Praia de Mira, Freixial Shopping has a total area of 11,400 square metres, with 29 shops and two floors, besides covered and uncovered parking. Intermarché, Bricomarché, Viva and Hospital da Luz are some of the main anchors of the shopping centre, besides the Pet Outlet and a petrol station.
Widerproperty assisted this operation representing the Cantanhede Land Exchange. Luís Loureiro, CEO of the company, comments that "we are very pleased to lead the whole sale process, which deserved the complete confidence of the parties involved and made it possible to valorise an alternative location in a very interesting city".
