Omo Retail, a company specialising in the development of retail parks, has sold a premises leased to Altafit in Burgos, thus finalising the process of enhancing the value of the property and its turnover.
This is the fifth divestment made by Omo Retail within its second fund Omo Retail Invest 2020.
The commercial premises, of more than 2,500 square metres, is located in Juan Ramón Jiménez street in the city of Burgos.
This transaction is in addition to those carried out by Omo Retail throughout 2023: the agreement reached with the El Cañaveral Compensation Board for the development of the largest retail and leisure park in Madrid; the sale of the hotel Érase un Hotel, located on Bravo Murillo street in Madrid; the start of construction of Omo Arroyomolinos Park, a retail park with 13,000 square metres of gross leasable area in Arroyomolinos (Madrid); the inauguration of a new Dia supermarket in its premises on Avenida Arteixo in La Coruña; the construction of the Omo Gymrest Guadalajara retail park on Avenida Eduardo Guitián in Guadalajara; the construction of a retail park in Vicálvaro (Madrid) where McDonald's, Petroprix and Taco Bell will be located; the purchase of a 14.500 sqm of land in Utrera (Seville) to develop a new retail park, and the acquisition of 12,000 sqm of land in Sanxenxo (Galicia) to develop a new retail park.
