The Névoa group has just bought the Campera Outlet Shopping centre in Carregado and the Ferrara Plaza shopping centre in Paços de Ferreira from Fungepi - Novobanco's Real Estate Asset Management Fund.
The Portuguese group from Braga now has a total of 7 assets in its portfolio, totalling 115,000 square metres of GLA and 386 shops. Its portfolio includes Shopping Cidade do Porto, bought in January this year, Braga Retail Centre and Mira Maia Shopping, both acquired in December 2021, as well as Darque Retail Park, in Viana do Castelo, and Beja Retail Park.
Sousa Ribeiro, general manager of the Névoa Group's real estate area, recalls that "in the space of just over a year, the Névoa Group has acquired five important assets, located in the greater Porto and Lisbon areas, which have a high potential for expansion. We are convinced of the growth we want for these seven shopping centres, attracting new brands and services and attracting more visitors," the group said in a statement.
The Névoa group currently operates in various sectors, namely car distribution (Mercedes-Benz, Smart, Jaguar, Land Rover, Ford and XEV dealerships), property development, construction, shopping centres (manager and owner), environment (water and waste), car parks and hotels.
