Mitiska REIM sells Portal Mediterráneo retail park to Hungarian fund

The asset, located in Vinaroz and adjacent to a Carrefour hypermarket, has 13 retail units with a GLA of 11,500 sqm, occupied by brands such as Pepco, JYSK, MediaMarkt Sprinter and Kiwoko.
