M Core and BN Investors buy a retail park in Zamora for €20M

The Vista Alegre retail park has operators such as Leroy Merlin, Media Markt. Jysk and El Corte Inglés and has a total surface area of 16,000 square metres. Until now, the owner of the asset was a fund managed by UBS.
