Lighthouse Properties buys Alegro Montijo shopping centre for €178M

The South African SOCIMI has already formalized the purchase of the Alegro Montijo shopping center, for which it paid 177.8 million euros. The contract was signed on Wednesday, date on which the company announced being negotiating another acquisition in Iberia.
