KKH Property Invertors has purchased the commercial asset that historically housed the Capitol Club. According to Idealista News, the property could be rehabilitated and become the flagship of a firm.
The company that had been in place since 1962, Grupo Balañá, did not reach an agreement for the property, so the Capitol Club closed its doors after almost 60 years. More than 2.7 million people have passed through the room.
The vehicle that buys the property is made up of KKH Capital, and the Perella Weinberg Real Estate Fund I, II and III. The joint venture has an investment capacity of close to 500 million euros.
