Insur Group has sold to Bon Natura a commercial premises in the city of Seville for a total of 2.25 million euros + VAT, as reported by the Andalusian company to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
Specifically, Insur Patrimonial, a company wholly owned directly by Insur, has sold the premises located at number 188 Pagés del Corro street, in the Triana Este neighbourhood.
It should be noted that the purchasing company, Bon Natura, is a company linked to Luis Alarcón de Francisco, a director of Grupo Insur.
