HERMES I in operation and obtaining rents in the last 5 years has sold two of its assets, Decathlon de Valdepeñas, and Big Home Alzira (formerly Aki Bricolaje) to a private investor as announced by its manager, pending the sale of the vehicle's third asset, specifically the Aldi supermarket located in Plasencia.
This sale represents the divestment of 80% of the vehicle, having generated a return for the investors that make up HERMES I, despite the pandemic, of 10% per year since its inception.
The purchase and sale operations have been advised by InmoKing Real Estate, at the real estate level, and by Delta Advisors, in the legal and fiscal field.
Sources from Hermes Properties stress that there are also sales of the HERMES II vehicle committed for this financial year 2022, which is also in the divestment phase, attending to offers from different investors for the assets that comprise it, C.C. El Puente in Rojales, Burger King and Carl's Jr in Isla Azul (Madrid) and Popeyes and Gasexpress in Puerto Venecia (Zaragoza).
On the other hand, the company is in the process of identifying purchase opportunities for the generation of HERMES III, with the consequent attraction of new investors for their participation. The company's goal is to launch this vehicle before the summer of 2022.
