Escrapalia has put up for public auction a batch of 10 commercial premises integrated into the Hotel Guadalpín Marbella, located in the heart of the Golden Mile, between Puerto Banús and Marbella.
The assets, which come from the liquidation of the company Aifos, currently in bankruptcy proceedings, come out at a price of 4.8 million euros, 30% less than the market value, located around seven million euros . They have a total surface area of 4,373 sqm built: from 120 to 1,145 m2 built per premises. At present, all of them are without activity or occupation.
Of the ten premises, eight are located on the ground floor of the tourist complex, and the other two are located on the second floor.
The Hotel Guadalpín Marbella, built in 2002, is located on Avenida Principe Alfonso de Hohenlohe Boulevard, on Marbella's Golden Mile, a 15-minute walk from the center of Puerto Banús, and with direct access to the beach. It is currently fully consolidated, with an average occupancy level and renovation level, and fully developed infrastructures.
The portfolio auction will be online and will be open until March 1, at 12:30 p.m. It is "especially aimed at investors, although both individuals and companies can participate, after free registration on the Escrapalia auction portal," they explain from the auction portal.
