The department store group has sold two buildings to the manager Inbest Real Estate in Andalusia for more than 48 million euros. The buildings sold are the El Corte Inglés sports store in Plaza del Duque, in Seville, and the old Simago building, in Córdoba.
The building in the Seville capital consists of 4,800 square meters, spread over four floors and with 2,800 square meters of commercial space. The socimi has paid 30 million euros for this asset. In the case of the Córdoba property, it has 12,200 square meters and the operation has been closed for 18.1 million euros. These operations are part of the real estate divestment plan launched by the commercial giant. Just a week ago, the Socimi Saint Croix bought two office buildings in Madrid.
