Centro Comercial La Vie, a shopping mall owned by Caixa Geral de Depósitos, located in Porto, is in an “organized sales process, with the deed being finalized”, according to the state bank, quoted by idealista/news.
Since the respective contracts are not being renewed, some tenants have already chosen to leave the space. The company responsible for managing the shopping centre, Widerproperty, has not commented so far about the space, which, in the future, should be used for offices, according to Jornal de Notícias, quoted by idealista/news.
Caixa Geral de Depósitos is in contact with the tenants, and «all the options taken were subject to written acceptance».
