White Investing has formalised its first transaction for new generation nursing homes in Cullera, in the province of Valencia, and Vall de Uxó, in Castellón, after obtaining the necessary licences for the development of two projects and signing the sale and purchase agreement last May. The buyer was an investment fund advised by MoZaïC Asset Management, a specialist in real estate asset management in the healthcare sector in Europe.
Globalklee, part of the Cleop group, has already commented on the construction of the two residences, which will have a total of 240 beds (120 each). They are expected to be completed in about 16-18 months.
The operation and opening to the public will begin in the first quarter of 2025 by Novaedat, which currently has three residential centres in the Valencian municipalities of Estivella, Picanya and Sedaví, a centre for the mentally handicapped in Sagunto (Valencia), two residential centres for the mentally ill in Beniarbeig (Alicante) and L'Eliana (Valencia), and 12 sheltered homes throughout the region.
Both residences for the elderly will have the Breeam sustainable construction seal with a Very Good rating. The operation has been supported by Bysos, a technology and real estate investment management and development company.
The development of these residences is part of White Investing's Strategic Plan for the period 2023-25, orienting the projects towards the Health, Living and Hospitality segments, where the development of residences for the elderly, senior living projects and student residences is foreseen.
