Wellder acquires its first nursing home in Catalonia

The transaction, which brings the socimi's portfolio to 100 million euros, represents the purchase of Casa Badina in Badalona, a newly created home promoted by ThorEU, which will be operated by Fundació Vallparadís (Mútua Terrassa).
