The developer Vía Ágora has purchased new land in the municipality of Mairena del Aljarafe, Seville, to build more than 260 homes. Construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2024.
With this acquisition, the company continues its expansion in the Andalusian autonomous community, this time with a planned total investment of 54 million euros.
With a surface area of 17,536 square metres and a buildable area of 27,720 square metres, the plot is located in Camino de la Granadilla - Bulevar Norte, in the SR-3 sector.
This location is very close to another development of 111 homes that the developer will deliver in the coming months in the SR-4 sector, on Calle Santa Ángela de la Cruz.
"With this investment we are demonstrating our commitment to Andalusia. Seville is a strategic province for Vía Ágora, where we want to continue growing and facilitating access to housing", explained Patricia Hernández, CEO of Vía Ágora, on the acquisition.
