TM Real Estate Group, an Alicante-based company specialising in the residential, hotel and holiday tourism sector, has announced the acquisition of 18,000 square metres of land in El Puig, Valencia. This purchase marks the company's first investment in the Valencian province.
The development plan for this new project includes the construction of 281 residential units. Of these, 245 will be flats and the remaining 36 will be townhouses. The project will be located 17 kilometres from Valencia, in a privileged location facing the Mediterranean Sea, with direct access to the El Puig seafront promenade and outstanding views. In addition, the residential complex will offer communal areas with sports facilities, swimming pools and extensive green areas, whilst maintaining the distinctive style that characterises TM projects.
