The Luxembourg management company has acquired a residence of 2,845 square metres and 78 beds in the municipality of Leiro (Ourense). Threestones has closed this transaction through its fund TSC Fund Eurocare IV.
The facilities were built in 2014 and are divided into two floors and a basement. The residence is leased and operated by the Gaudium Salud Group, which manages thirteen nursing homes in Spain. The price of the transaction has not been disclosed.
"We are pleased to announce the closing of our twelfth acquisition in Spain of a nursing home, a high quality asset with a track record of strong occupancy rates," said Beka Pipa, portfolio manager at Threestones Capital. The Luxembourg-based asset manager manages around €2 billion in four regulated vehicles investing in real estate assets across Europe.
