Thor Spain Private Equity acquired a company that owns land on Rua 5 de Outubro, in Porto, intended for residential structure for the elderly. The operation was carried out through Thor Port, in the acquisition of a company that owns the asset, as well as the technical project and the operator's contract.
In this space, it will establish a six-storey building with a surface area of over 6,910 square meters, which will include 96 single rooms and 8 double rooms. DomusVi, a private long-term care provider, will be responsible for managing the property.
The building is expected to have six floors and a total area of 6,915 square meters. The subsidiary company of Thor Spain in Portugal is analyzing a portfolio with six operations, whose investment estimate will be released throughout 2022, according to the group.
It should be remembered that Thor Spain Private Equity was already preparing this offensive to the Portuguese market, with the aim of implementing its internationalization plans.
