With the commitment to become a hinge between the first metropolitan crown and the central city, Pítamo Ciudad Sostenible continues to advance so that Seville Sur has a new district made to measure for its inhabitants.
The project, which will be built on 206 hectares near the Guadaira River, has preserved the environmental, historical, fluvial and archaeological heritage of the area. The closure of the commuter ring, together with the rest of the infrastructures that are developed in the southern area, place Pítamo in a new centrality and gateway to the strategic points of Seville: UPO, FIBES, Santa Justa, San Bernardo-Centro or Virgin of the Rocío.
The planning also includes the construction of a large technological center with a vocation to become, in 2030, the Silicon Valley of Seville.
