Habyt and ENEAS Alternative Investments have joined forces to open the largest coliving in Spain and the third in Europe. And it will be precisely Madrid the city that will house this new establishment. Located in the Barrio de Salamanca and named 'Alcalá' after the street on which it will be located, this coliving will occupy a total area of 2,900 square meters, will have 128 rooms and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2023 .
The project is made up of two adjoining buildings connected to each other, and of the total of 128 rooms, 23 will be located in the first building, which will occupy 650 square meters. The remaining 105 rooms will be in the second building, which will occupy 2,250 square meters. Regarding the rental conditions, Habyt points out that they will be totally flexible options and that medium and long-term stays will be offered. Likewise, the company will manage the entire coliving, acting as the owner for the tenants staying in Alcalá.
