Terralpa has acquired the old campus of the ESIC business school, located at Arturo Soria 161, to transform it into a luxury housing development.
Arturo Soria's property has been sold for about 7 million euros, according to El Confidencial, an investment that will double after undertaking the reform and subsequent transformation of it into about 10 luxury homes.
In the transaction, RPE has advised.
