The company run by Jaime Perinat Escrivá de Romaní and Alberto Garcia Osa has purchased two buildings for residential use and infrastructure in Madrid with the intention of converting them to residential as soon as they are free of tenants, according to EjePrime. The amount of the transaction has not been made public.
The property located in the district of Usera totals 3,291 square meters and that of San Blas, has an area of 2,421 square meters. The company will conduct the operation through an SPV, a newly created Spanish limited company, in which the company's investors have the right to acquire shares.
Tenigla will co-invest and coordinate the project in its entirety and has also confirmed that at the time of the sale, two lease contracts will be signed with the seller for the entire area.
These operations are added to those carried out by the company in recent months. Last week, Tenigla announced the acquisition of a building of more than 3,000 square meters located in the Retiro district of Madrid, in the heart of the capital. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
