The Nido Campo Pequeno student residence, located in Lisbon, has 380 rooms (15 different types), with prices between 625 and 820 euros per month. The residence is already receiving students for the school year that starts in two months. It should be recalled that round hill capital's €150 million investment covers the LUMINO project as a whole, which includes residential units and student residence.
The 380 rooms include suites, «designed so that students can have maximum privacy», with access to private bathroom, double bed, study table, closet, mirror and various electricity outlets. The kitchen is shared with six or seven more students. In addition to the suites, there are studio apartments, which contain the same features as the suites, plus a kitchenette.
The rooms with 12 square meters and private bathroom have a price of 625 euros per month and the Deluxe Plus studios, with 27 square meters, kitchenette and private bathroom cost 820 euros per month.
