The Dutch group Student Experience plans five student residences in Spain with a total of 5,000 places, according to the company's founder and CEO, Johan Verweij.
At the moment, Student Experience has a project under construction in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) and wants to be present in Granada, Malaga, Valencia, Valladolid, Bilbao and Valladolid.
In Granada, where they are waiting for the building permit, the company will have a residence with 520 places in the Technology Park of La Salud. Adding this asset and that of Pozuelo will add 1,200 places.
Controlled by the Rinkelberg Capital family office, Student Experience has four assets in operation in Amsterdam, with 2,300 beds, and another under construction that will open in 2025. Spain is the first international market in which the company invests.
