Stoneweg has sold all the homes in one of the two towers of Skyline Madrid, its residential complex in the Spanish capital’s Tetuán district. The scheme has around 300 units in total. Domus RS is leading sales of the second tower, which still has homes available.
The complex is on Paseo de la Dirección and rises to around 100 metres over 25 floors. Designed by Touza Arquitectos, it combines glazed façades with white concrete terraces and holds a BREEAM certification. It offers one, two and three-bedroom homes, with or without a terrace, featuring large windows and open-plan, column-free living rooms.
Communal facilities include a swimming pool, gardens, a gym, a coworking space, a sauna, a lounge and a 24-hour concierge service. The rooftop on the 25th floor has a second swimming pool and a viewing area overlooking the financial district, Madrid Nuevo Norte, Puerta de Hierro and the Sierra de Madrid mountains.
