Stoneshield Capital invests €500M to build 'flex living' in Madrid

The company, led by Morenés and Pepa, has bought three plots of land in Valdebebas, one from Merlin and two from Madrid City Council, to build 3,500 temporary accommodation units in the north of the capital.
