Sonae Sierra invests €40M in Pulse Lisboa development
São João de Deus building converted into luxury residential development.

Sonae Sierra is starting a complete transformation of the old office building and shopping gallery, São João de Deus, with the aim of creating a new luxury residential complex. The investment value will be approximately 40 million euros.

Located in Avenidas Novas, the Pulse Lisboa development, as it is called, offers easy access to services, commerce and leisure, as well as an excellent transport network.The new luxury complex includes 39 residential units, with apartments of types T0 to T4, two penthouses and townhouses. It also offers a range of exclusive services and facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool, spa, gym, co-working space, private terraces with gardens, concierge service and a private garden common to the whole development.

The urban regeneration project, the conceptual brainchild of the Francisco Aires Mateus architecture office and Reify, represents a "significant milestone" in Sierra's real estate development strategy, a statement said.

Sierra uses the best sustainable construction practices and has designed the building to meet the highest standards of quality and environmental commitment. The certification includes an A energy efficiency rating, BREEAM certification for environmental sustainability and an Aqua+ A rating for water use performance.

In addition, the building incorporates photovoltaic solar panels, an exclusive area for bicycle parking, pre-installation of electric car chargers and technology that allows the integration of digital devices for a truly integrated experience.
