SOLYD Property Developers has acquired a 10,000 sqm plot in Alta de Lisboa, Lisbon, where it plans to develop a residential scheme of around 300 homes, alongside commercial and services space.
The site falls within the scope of the Urbanisation Plan for Alto do Lumiar and benefits from a municipal subdivision permit allowing the construction of four autonomous blocks. The planned development will also include a retail and services component, aimed at responding to the area’s residential and mobility needs.
The acquisition marks SOLYD’s latest investment in Lisbon’s residential development market, adding a sizeable scheme in an established area with further growth potential.
SOLYD was advised on the transaction by CMS Portugal. The multidisciplinary team was led by João Pinheiro da Silva, Coordinating Partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice, and Senior Associate Sandra Teixeira Arsénio. According to João Pinheiro da Silva, the project represents an important milestone for the urban development of Alta de Lisboa, an area with significant potential for residential growth.
