Solvia has closed the sale of six residential buildings in Catalonia in one fell swoop. The assets, located in the provinces of Barcelona and Girona, total 191 homes and 372 garages and storage rooms. The combined surface area of all the assets is 21,012 square metres.
The operation carried out in the province of Barcelona consists of the transaction of two buildings in Terrassa, of 3,008 metres and 6,105 metres, and one in Santa Margarida de Montbui, of 4,046 metres.
The sale in Gerona includes two residential blocks in Olot, with a surface area of 1,069 and 5,500 metres, respectively, and one in Figueres, with a surface area of 1,284 metres.
