The Management Company for Assets Proceeding from Bank Restructuring (Sareb) has signed an agreement with the Municipal Housing and Land Company of Madrid (EMVS) for the sale of seven affordable and social rental homes for a total price of 865,000 euros. The houses are located in the neighborhoods of Latina, Villaverde, Carabanchel and Vallecas.
After this operation, the consistory adds a total of 115 homes acquired after the formalization of other operations carried out in 2020 and 2021.
Last acquisition
At the end of last month, Sareb closed a purchase transaction for a 255-square-meter ground floor located at number 3 Ayala Street, in the heart of the Salamanca district, for 1.2 million euros.
The asset that was acquired in the auction of assets in liquidation of Reyal Urbis, has residential use but is intended for offices. This operation is part of Sareb's strategy of recovering as much as possible what is owed to it.
