In parallel to the sale of real estate to public administrations, Sareb has a social park currently made up of 15,000 affordable rental apartments that are transferred to autonomous communities and town councils. Since its creation, temporary agreements have been signed in this field with more than fifty regional and local entities, to whom the company has transferred more than 3,200 properties that could benefit almost 13,000 people.
In addition, the administrations that sign these temporary assignment agreements have the possibility of acquiring the properties during the course of the agreements or at their end.
