The opening is scheduled for the start of the 2025-2026 academic year at Calle de Muro nº.9, in the center of Valladolid. Students will have at their disposal common areas that include study rooms, recreation areas, auditorium, dining room and a gymnasium, distributed over 2,500 square meters.
With this opening, Resa will have three student residences in Castilla y León, totaling more than 790 beds in the region. Marta Sánchez, CEO of Resa, comments: “This new asset in Valladolid expands our presence in Castilla y León, revitalizing existing assets to offer attractive prices and quality service. This is an example of our responsible expansion model and commitment to support the growth of public universities such as the University of Valladolid".
In addition, Resa has highlighted its StudentLife program, awarded Best Resident Well-being Programme in 2022. This program offers integration, sports, leisure and cultural activities, contributing to the physical and mental well-being of the residents, who have rated it 8.9 out of 10. This year, Resa has also implemented an anti-bullying protocol in all its residences, covering students, staff and suppliers.
