Pryconsa has opened a new branch in the centre of Málaga, specifically on Alameda de Colón, while also acquiring land in the provincial capital and in Estepona for future urban developments, and has begun marketing its residential project known as Zelina.
The new office is intended to manage operations on the Costa del Sol in person. It will also oversee upcoming developments planned for the Costa de la Luz, specifically in Ayamonte, Huelva, where the firm has previously built more than 5,000 homes, five hotel complexes, two golf courses and a marina.
Meanwhile, the Zelina project will be located in the Zeta District of Málaga and will comprise more than 140 homes with between one and four bedrooms. The residential development will feature communal areas with a swimming pool, landscaped gardens and sports facilities, and will incorporate systems focused on energy efficiency and smart home technology.
Investment in land in Estepona is a response to the demand for housing identified in these locations, where the company directly manages the entire property development process, from land acquisition to the final sale. Pryconsa is expanding its portfolio in Andalusia, where it now has more than 1,200 homes spread across Seville, Malaga city and the Costa del Sol.
