Premier plans to build 42 homes in Vallecas, a district of Madrid, following the acquisition of a 978-sqm plot. The project involves an investment of €13.4 million to develop a 3,914-sqm building that will feature aerothermal systems and underfloor heating.
The development will consist of a ground floor, four storeys and an attic, as well as two underground levels for parking. The homes will have one to three bedrooms and will include a terrace, a parking spaceand a storage room.
The complex’s facilities will include communal areas equipped with a swimming pool, gym, multi-purpose space and bicycle parking areas. From a technical perspective, the development is designed to achieve an A energy rating for emissions.
The acquisition marks the Bassac Group subsidiary’s entry into a new area of the capital. The company, which is listed on Euronext Paris, operates in the Madrid and Barcelona markets, where it has delivered 10,000 homes since 1989.
For this financial year, the developer expects to deliver 469 homes (91% of the units already sold), which would represent an estimated turnover of €194 million, the highest in the company’s history.
