Premier has acquired a plot of 3,586 sqm in the second phase of Los Cerros, in Madrid, where it will develop Residencial Friburgo, a block comprising around 150 flats and five commercial premises. The project marks the company’s entry into this development in the south-east of the capital.
Los Cerros is set to comprise nearly 16,000 homes and around 170 hectares of green spaces. A metropolitan park is planned adjacent to the site, and its future residents will have access to the M-45 and the R-3.
The building will comprise a basement, ground floor and eleven storeys, with one-, two- and three-bedroom flats. All will feature a terrace, a storage room and at least one parking space. Communal facilities will include a swimming pool with a sun terrace, a gym, a gourmet kitchen, a co-working space, green spaces, bicycle parking and a pet washing area.
The development will incorporate air-source heat pumps with underfloor heating and cooling, as well as photovoltaic panels on the roof. Premier expects to achieve an ‘A’ energy rating for emissions. Buyers will be able to customise certain finishes, such as paint, kitchen units, flooring and wall coverings, and choose between a shower tray or a bath.
