The fund has acquired two properties in Barcelona and Bilbao for a total of 15.9 million euros, according to El Periódico de España.
The Barcelona building, with 3,405 square metres, is located at number 448 Muntaner street and Patron has paid 10 million euros for its acquisition, while the Bilbao building, with 2,430 square metres, is on General Concha street (with 2,430 square meters) and the fund has disbursed a total of 5.9 million euros for its purchase.
In parallel, Vandor has closed financing linked to both operations for a value of 12.41 million euros. It is a mortgage loan with Banco Santander for seven years and a syndicated loan, also guaranteed by the property, with Kutxabank and Caja Laboral for the next fifteen years. This debt is added to the one granted a few days ago by the Ecuadorian financial entity Pichincha of 10.79 million euros.
