Niding increases its portfolio of assets. The affordable rental platform for the Spanish market owned by Deutsche Finance International (DFI) has made its second major purchase in 2023. Through the socimi Global Pielago, Niding has acquired 70 assets, a total of 174 homes spread across ten autonomous communities, for 4.3 million euros. This was announced by the firm to Euronext Paris, the stock exchange where it has been listed since 2021.
The autonomous community where Niding has bought the most units is Andalusia: a total of 31 units for 1.95 million euros. It is followed by the Valencian Community, with another 15 assets for 897,000 euros; Madrid, with 10 units for 450,000 euros and Catalonia, with seven units for 444,000 euros.
The firm has also acquired three assets in Castilla y León for 152,000 euros; three assets in Extremadura for 139,000 euros; three more in Castilla la Mancha for 116,000 euros; one asset in Asturias for 48,000 euros; one more in Cantabria for 41,000 euros and another asset in Aragón for 40,000 euros.
These acquisitions represent the firm's sixteenth residential transaction in Spain, a key step in consolidating the socimi's presence in the different regions of Spain.
The aforementioned acquisitions and all the assets currently owned by the Company are financed with equity and senior funds under a financing agreement with J.P. Morgan SE, according to the company's announcement to the Paris stock exchange.
