Student Experience has won the contract to develop a new student residence in Móstoles, Madrid. The 23,300 sqm project, representing an investment of €55 million, will comprise 484 residential units and a total of 594 places, situated next to Rey Juan Carlos University.
The building has been designed by BDU Arquitectura and is financially backed by Rinkelberg Capital as an investment partner.
The facilities will include sports amenities such as pickleball and padel courts, a gym and a running track, as well as a swimming pool and a rooftop chill-out terrace. The residence’s range of services is rounded off by an on-site café-restaurant, co-working spaces, green areas and parking spaces for residents.
Johan Verweij, CEO of Student Experience, notes that the project forms part of the strategic plan of The Experience Net platform, owner of the brand, which aims to reach 10,000 beds in the European market.
The building marks the company’s third venture in Spain and is scheduled to open in 2028.
