Neinor Homes has started work on Bolueta Homes II, a residential project in Bilbao that marks the completion of one of the largest urban regeneration initiatives in the city. The development, with an investment of 30 million euros and the creation of 450 jobs, involves the construction of a 23-storey tower with 92 one, two and three-bedroom homes. Delivery of the homes is scheduled for the last quarter of 2026.
Bolueta Homes II will include facilities such as a gymnasium, gourmet room and bicycle parking, in line with a modern and sustainable living model. The homes have been designed to make the most of natural light and have large terraces with views of the natural surroundings and the river.
The project is being developed on the former industrial site of the Santa Ana de Bolueta factory, in an area that has undergone a profound transformation in recent decades. The urban regeneration of this area has converted a disused industrial space into a modern residential environment, improving the quality of life of the residents.
The interventions carried out in Bolueta include the creation of new communal spaces, improved accessibility to public transport - including the metro, suburban train and tram - and the regeneration of the riverbank, including the channelling of water to prevent flooding. In addition, soil decontamination has been carried out, contributing to the environmental well-being of the area.
