Neinor Homes has started construction of 137 homes at its Edenia development in El Verger, Alicante, in a project representing an investment of approximately €30 million.
Located close to Les Deveses and La Almadraba beaches, the development is being built by Arpada, with the first handovers scheduled for the second quarter of 2028. More than half of the homes have already been sold.
Edenia will comprise one-, two- and three-bedroom properties, including ground-floor homes with private gardens ranging from 40 sqm to 100 sqm and penthouses with terraces of up to 50 sqm.
The scheme will include a swimming pool with solarium and jacuzzi, landscaped areas, co-working spaces, a gym, sauna, gastroteca and running circuit. The development is targeting an AA energy rating, supported by measures including individual air-source heat pump systems for domestic hot water production.
International buyers already living in the area account for a significant share of demand, while the development has also attracted local purchasers seeking a primary residence and Spanish buyers looking for a second home.
Its location near Dénia, together with access to the AP-7 and N-332 motorways, provides connections to Alicante and Valencia.
Meanwhile, Neinor has started handing over Nesea II, a 20-home residential development in Palmanova, within the municipality of Calvià, Mallorca. The project is located around three minutes from the resort’s beaches.
Five units remain available, with prices starting at €540,000. The remaining stock comprises two three-bedroom ground-floor homes with terraces and gardens, two two-bedroom apartments and a three-bedroom penthouse with a private solarium.
Nesea II offers one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, alongside gardens, a swimming pool with solarium, bicycle parking and a sports equipment area.
The development has attracted young professionals, couples and families from both Spain and international markets, with demand spanning primary residences, second homes and properties for extended stays.
Both developments are being marketed under the Aedas Homes brand, following Neinor’s acquisition of Aedas Homes and the subsequent integration of their residential development activities.
