Neinor Homes has launched Dendra II, the second phase of its residential project in Espartales Norte, Alcalá de Henares, in Madrid, following the on-schedule delivery of the first phase, Dendra I, which was marketed under the Aedas Homes brand and is now fully sold.
Dendra II comprises 48 two-storey semi-detached homes, each with four bedrooms, a private garden and the option to add a swimming pool. Buyers can also choose from a range of customisation options.
The development is currently under construction, with handovers scheduled for the second quarter of 2027 and prices starting at €505,000.
The homes are distributed over two floors. The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen and living-dining area, a bedroom with direct access to the garden and a full bathroom. The first floor comprises a main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom.
In terms of sustainability and energy efficiency, the homes are equipped with aerothermal technology for underfloor heating and cooling, as well as photovoltaic solar panels. The development has achieved a double-A energy rating.
Dendra is located next to Espartales Park and close to a range of educational, healthcare and retail facilities. The area is also set to benefit from improved connectivity, with Espartales Norte expected to be connected to the new Las Sedas neighbourhood via the Camarma road (M-119) by the end of 2026.
The launch reinforces Neinor Homes' presence in Alcalá de Henares, where demand for new-build family housing continues to support the development of new residential projects.
