Neinor Homes has begun handing over 42 detached and semi-detached homes at Virentia, a residential development in Godella, within the Valencia metropolitan area, bringing the number of completed units at the scheme to nearly 200.
The latest deliveries comprise Odina II, Odina III and Taray. The first two phases include 22 four- and five-bedroom semi-detached homes, while Taray comprises 20 four-bedroom terraced and semi-detached properties. Handover began in June for Odina II and III and in July for Taray.
Taray is fully sold, while the final units at Odina II and III are completed and available for immediate occupation. The homes feature private outdoor space, parking and, in the case of Taray, communal facilities including a swimming pool, solarium and landscaped areas.
The latest projects follow Odina I, Alsos and Nerium, taking Neinor’s completed schemes in Virentia to six. Located in the Campolivar area, the development benefits from proximity to healthcare and education facilities, retail and sports amenities, restaurants and connections to Paterna Technology Park.
Neinor is also developing Ilex, its final project at Virentia, which will add 68 two- and three-bedroom homes, alongside four-bedroom penthouses. According to the developer, the scheme will be the first residential development in Valencia built using timber and will include communal amenities for residents.
