Neinor Homes has begun construction of the first phase of its residential project Neinor Panoramic Homes in Madrid, a development it is managing together with AXA IM Alts.
The project consists of two towers, each 17 storeys high, offering panoramic views of Madrid and the Sierra. In total, they will house 240 premium one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. They feature spacious terraces, garage, storage room and communal areas including a gourmet lounge, swimming pool, solarium and children's play area.
The homes in one of the two planned towers are expected to be delivered in the third quarter of 2026. Located in the Peñagrande neighbourhood, within the Fuencarral-El Pardo district and 10 minutes from the centre of Madrid, the development has been designed by Estudio de Arquitectos Cano & Escario.
Neinor Panoramic Homes plays a prominent role in the urban development of the area, being part of the project of the Junta de Compensación, Área de Planeamiento Remitido (APR) 08.02 "Joaquín Lorenzo", which extends over 46,877 square metres, with 25,000 sqm destined for green areas.
