Naiz Homes plans to build 94 homes in the municipality of Berango, Vizcaya. This residential development, known as Artea de Berango, represents the first phase of the company’s plan for the town, which envisages the construction of around 300 homes spread across five different developments.
Work on this first block is scheduled to begin during the first quarter of 2027, with the handover of the properties to their owners expected to take place in the first quarter of 2029.
The property types in this development include two- and three-bedroom options, comprising ground-floor flats with gardens, mid-floor flats with terraces, and penthouses with open-air areas. Furthermore, the outdoor spaces associated with the properties – whether terraces or gardens – will cover areas of up to 75 sqm.
The residential units have been put on sale with a starting price of €397,000 plus VAT, a price which includes both a garage space and a storage room for each property.
This development in Berango marks the firm’s entry into the province of Vizcaya, where it already has residential projects in San Sebastián.
